Beliefs can change when I tell myself a new story about an event or value. (and that is a good thing! :-) I have had to take some long hard looks at the stories)

ReplyDeleteI am so glad to finally be home. I was away for quite a while.
I too have changed many of my beliefs as I have grown older and studied more.
As a child you are told what to believe by your parents.
It is then our responsibility to mature and try to seek out what we actually do or don't believe.

Truthful words. Very thoughtful. Believing is one thing, and knowing something to be true is another thing. You shouldn't be satisfied with believing somebody who says a city is beautiful, you have to go to the city and see it for yourselves.
