..To become conscious! ..'Conscious of what?..That we are a soul.We are not this body.Because most of us interact with others as a separate entity (body) during our life.But it does not mean they don't have soul.It is just like.. you a valuable diamond in your house.But you have forgotten it.Does it mean you diamond is not there in your house.
Rabbit in coma means ..body half dead..but soul exists although he is not aware.

Of course, we are all part of the whole.
Everything is a part of a bigger thing.
But the soul? What is a soul?
It must be consciousness.
Without consciousness, there can be no soul.
Consider consciousness as an activation of the soul.
Is an inactive soul a soul at all?
Is a rabbit in a coma really a rabbit?

What is the purpose of life?
To become conscious!
Becoming conscious, soul is created.
When this is so, man's mission is accomplished,
The soul is of use to the whole.
Man, without this soul, is not.

'Created in God's image' may be seen as the potential to be God-like.
Man is not God-like merely by existing.
He becomes God-like by becoming conscious.
By growing the seed into a mature soul.
