  1. There's a lot wrong with that, but I'll focus on just one thing:
"The Soul...Knows we are all equal".
In what way are we all equal?
The western mind has done terrible things with that belief.
The Soul never has reason to consider such a concept.
It is what it is, and knows what it is.
Such political notions as equality are simply non-applicable.

  2. Right. So let us ..'focus on just one thing: "The Soul...Knows we are all equal"..'Every thing else will be taken care of.

  3. We are equal in one way only:
Everyone has the potential to create a soul.
Give birth to it, nurture it, care for it, release it into the whole.
    This is our purpose.

  4. No,there is no need to 'create' a soul..We are souls.Only thing is that we have to nurture it...in order to merge with The Whole.
    Thanks The Crow.

  5. I used to think that, too. Most people do.
Then I realized that there are so many people without souls.
    Now how does that happen?

  7. I hope you don't mind having this conversation, Surjit.
Maybe some consideration of what I have said would be a good thing?

Of course, we are all part of the whole.
Everything is a part of a bigger thing.
But the soul? What is a soul?
    It must be consciousness.
Without consciousness, there can be no soul.
Consider consciousness as an activation of the soul.
Is an inactive soul a soul at all?
Is a rabbit in a coma really a rabbit?

What is the purpose of life?
    To become conscious!
    Becoming conscious, soul is created.
When this is so, man's mission is accomplished,
The soul is of use to the whole.
Man, without this soul, is not.

'Created in God's image' may be seen as the potential to be God-like.
Man is not God-like merely by existing.
He becomes God-like by becoming conscious.
By growing the seed into a mature soul.
    Tending the garden of Eden...

  8. You have raised a vital question:..What is the purpose of life?
..To become conscious! ..'Conscious of what?..That we are a soul.We are not this body.Because most of us interact with others as a separate entity (body) during our life. But it does not mean they don't have soul.It is just like.. you a valuable diamond in your house. But you have forgotten it.Does it mean you diamond is not there in your house.
Rabbit in coma means ..body half dead..but soul exists although he is not aware.
Thanks The Crow for sharing your insights.

  9. And that's probably as close to an argument as we will ever get.
Consideration and respect go a long, long way.
    Thanks, Surjit.
