"Happiness shows how life is treating you.
Contentment reflects in how you are treating life."

  1. Simple, and interesting.
    Simply interesting.
    Interestingly simple.

Happiness seems to be a temporary state, resulting from how much one is able to take from life.
Contentment, on the other hand, is an enduring state, resulting from one's direct participation.

    Life is not a supermarket.
If it is, then it is not a life.

You certainly said it better than I did :)
