No tongue can tell Your secret

No tongue can tell Your secret
for the measure of the word obscures Your nature.
But the gift of the ear
is that it hears
what the tongue cannot tell.

  2. Lacking a brush,
    the artist is somewhat handicapped.

    the carpenter faces problems.
    At best, they may produce
    pale imitations of their visions.

  10. Sometimes I try to receive a person's communication without focusing on the words being spoken. The ear can "hear" by employing all of the senses. Words are indeed limited.

    Betty
