  4. Surjit;

    It is quite a driver to "own" things. This is truly what we need to remember so we can all stay in the moment and be grateful for every moment...

    Thank you as always Surjit...

  7. "we are clinging to our imagined selves" How true is this! we spend so much time working on who we'd like to be that we forget to check in on who we actually are. Maybe this part scares us. Maybe who we are does not live up to our expectations of ourselves so we bury ourselves in our imagined beings. If only we would take our actual selves, embrace it and stay tuned each day.

  9. Hi brother Surjit! :)

    A nice reminder!

    We come into this world with nothing, and we leave this world nothing, except with our good deeds, intentions and actions.

    Peace and Sat Shri Akal

  11. Surjit,
    I just finished a post on shadows, and came upon your small post on who we really are. Thank you for reminding me that nothing outside myself defines myself - I am continually painting that picture of myself in the world as I make choices every day. Blessings!
