"Just a minute is all you need. Just a minute for yourself. Just a minute for the Eternal Father.

Just a minute to focus on the world of silence. Just a minute to experience the joy and beauty of silence.

Every hour, give yourself just a minute to be with yourself."

  4. That was really insightful - you know even when we are alone we never give ourselves a minute devoted to thinking only about ourselves without feeling guilty or vain!

  9. Just a minute stop thinking. Stay silent just the unlimited space of the present moment. Past gone, future uncertain. Without thinking what we have to do tomorrow. Just this moment and let go of everything. What peace. I know haw it feels.

    Cheers!

    is pal ke jeevan saaraa....

  10. Sometimes when we are in a rush & have really something to voice out. We will say "give me a min" !! This is how wonderful this min is. It could mean the beginning or end of a new life. That is how critical this min is.

    Great, thanks :)

  15. Nice piece of advice... Yeah why not give myself a minute for each hour. In other words, about 24 minutes a day for meditation, prayer and seeking God's will? ;)
